Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who’s passionate about innovation and motivated to succeed. Our team needs a designer with experience working on digital enterprise products, especially in complex environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers and other designers to design, test, and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for our healthcare platform. You’ll craft visually appealing solutions that are both user-friendly and compliant with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in consumer research initiatives to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Ability to understand information architecture and think logically over the user experience.  
  • Work with the product and development teams to ensure that the design meets the visual and engagement goals as defined in the requirements across products.  
  • Incorporates design patterns, accessibility and consistent usage of design system components.
  • Participate in design sprints, design workshops, and design thinking exercises to produce and refine ideas.  
  • Maintain, promote, and improve visual components and design system when necessary.  
  • Design user experiences that are simple, intuitive, and elegant.

Qualifications

  • Advance English Level (B2+)
  • Excellent communications skills and analytical thinking
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI.
  • Proficient in developing solutions for both enterprise and consumer software environments.
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactiveness in enhancing product features.
  • Tolerance to ambiguity.
  • Experience working with tools such as Figma and Miro.
