Looking For

We seek a Sr. Back-End Engineer who is passionate about innovation, motivated to succeed, and eager to improve processes. In this role, you'll collaborate with team members and vendors to design, develop, and deploy top-tier healthcare software. You’ll provide technical leadership, work closely with architects and stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable products and Web APIs.
  • Write C# and SQL code based on user stories.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to align our Product Development organization.  
  • Design, develop, enhance, triage, and debug Web APIs using C# and .NET Core.  
  • Research,  recommend and leverage AI tools & tech to expedite development.  
  • Monitor production systems for performance and stability.
  • Apply strong data structures and algorithms knowledge to build performant applications.
  • Maintain consistent design patterns, best practices, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer to ensure we build the right product at the right time for the right people.
  • Perform and support code reviews and database revisions.
  • Anticipate risks, evaluate impacts, and propose solutions.
  • Mentor and develop other engineers.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software development & system integration experience (Web APIs).
  • 5+ years with an Object-Oriented programming language (C#, Java, C++, or Python).
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework OR Node.js & TypeScript.
  • Proficiency with Git and AWS Cloud.
  • DevOps experience & Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced English (C1+).
